Hello. I’m Fred Greenstein.
I have helped hundreds of independent retirement plan advisors take steps to better leverage their time and grow the scale, profitability and ultimate selling value of their business.
Where my business perspective comes from
I have been an HR Director, labor negotiator, organizational development consultant, 401k plan sponsor, licensed advisor, sales professional, and small business entrepreneur.
Over 20+ years in the 401k plan industry, I’ve introduced advisors to new RIAs, Broker Dealers, leading technology solutions, and to other advisors. I enjoy being a matchmaker – whether introducing new strategic partners, guiding young advisors toward a successful career, or helping older advisors craft a smooth, rewarding exit from their business when they are ready.
Where my personal perspective comes from
I live nearby a blue ocean marine sanctuary in Pacific Grove, California with my wife Debbie and am profoundly inspired by nature. I am proud father of Mia, Gus, and Gloria, and “Baba” to beautiful granddaughters Codie and Quinn. I deliver Meals on Wheels, enjoy playing pickleball, riding my eBike, walking my French Bulldog LeBron, and experiencing other parts of the world.
